Frontend Dependency Rule

Frontend should ask backend for explicit stable response models for:

• meeting summary model
• clip/highlight references
• authenticity summary model
• runtime / health summary model
• future sensitivity/disclosure/claim/document-need-vector models

Frontend should not parse raw FMIE sidecars directly in the client.
